1948 Picture postcard “The Royal Elephant” sent from Bangkok to Aberdeenshire probably by diplomatic mail as shown by “British Embassy Bangkok” cds dated 7 April 1948 and later affixed with 2 pence stamp tied by horizontal lines cds. This British Embassy datestamp has never seen before and never mentioned in any article. Postcard was cut on the right causing postage stamp trimmed and folded. Rare. Probably the only one known. (1)
2491 ไปรษณียบัตรภาพ “ช้างพระที่นั่ง” ส่งจากกรุงเทพฯ ไปเมืองเอเบอร์ดีนชายโดยทางไปรษณีย์ทูตตามตราประทับ “British Embassy Bangkok” วันที่ 7 เมษายน 2491 ที่ปรากฏ ต่อมาผนึกแสตมป์อังกฤษราคา 2 เพนนี ประทับตราเส้นตรงตามแนวนอนหลายเส้น ตราประทับสถานทูตอังกฤษนี้ไม่เคยพบมาก่อนและไม่เคยพบในบทความใดๆ ด้านขวาของไปรษณียบัตรถูกตัดทำให้ดวงแสตมป์ถูกเฉือนไปด้วยและมีรอยพับ หายาก อาจจะเป็นหลักฐานเพียงชิ้นเดียวเท่านั้น (1)
